🗺️ Our 14-month Travel Itinerary

This year+ off adventure will be uncharted territories - countries we've never been to, things we've never done and of course, food we've never tried! Our goal is to have an adventure of a lifetime and get the travel itch out of our system before settling down. Unfortunately that does mean we're leaving Asia off the list, we've both done Asia extensively already. There are just too many places to explore!

As with any trip, our challenge is to balance visiting as many places as we can, with feeling burnt out and rushed. So we limited ourselves to 3 regions. We chose Europe, Central Asia and South America. Africa, Middle East and North America for next time! Though we are cheating a little and chucked in Mexico and Guatemala 😆.

We also have a few constraints for the trip.

1. A wedding roughly 7 months into our trip, back home in Australia

2. We want to spend no less than a week in each country

3. Our budget! We’re planning to spend only 170 AUD a day, for the both of us

As of the 22nd of October 2024, we still haven't fully planned our South and Central America portion, so it is subject to change. We'll probably wing most of it!
